Description

Following the broad political agreement on compensation for mink farmers and mink farming industries affected by COVID-19 (S, V, RV, SF and LA), it was decided on 2 November 2023 that the Financial Stability Agency will handle the assets taken over by the State from the mink farming industries. Financial Stability has anchored the management of the assets taken over by the State from the mink succession industries in the subsidiary FS Ejendomsselskab A/S. In connection with the management of the assets taken over from the mink succession industries, FS Ejendomsselskab needs insurance of the assets until they are sold. The present invitation to tender concerns a contract for the insurance of immovable property in the form of buildings taken over from Kopenhagen Fur at the following two addresses: Langagervej 60, 2600 Glostrup, and Essedal 6A, 2600 Glostrup.The contract has an insurance value of DKK 800 million – DKK 1 billion.
