Leading the public broadcasters Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), Deutschlandradio (DLR), Deutsche Welle (DW), Hessischer Rundfunk (HR), Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR), Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR), Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB), Saarländischer Rundfunk (SR), Südwestrundfunk (SWR), Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) and Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen (ZDF) as well as ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio Beitragsservice, the MDR provides services for the rental of motor vehicles (cars and commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes) within the Federal Republic of Germany.
