Description

The subject of the public procurement includes delivery, installation, integration, configuration and commissioning of a complex system for working with artificial intelligence, as well as maintenance of the new and existing infrastructure designed to develop and increase the technological and analytical capacity of SANS. The system should provide a high-performance, secure and resilient environment for the processing and analysis of structured and unstructured data, the use and further training of artificial intelligence (AI) models, including large language models (LLMs), as well as the automation of analysis, risk assessment and threat prevention processes. The supplied hardware and software components should be integrated into a single technological solution, together with the existing infrastructure. In order to implement the integration and functioning of the overall system, it is necessary to ensure the maintenance of the existing infrastructure as well. The performance of the public contract is structured into four activities, the type and quantities of which are detailed in the Technical Specification classified as ‘Secret’ on the basis of point 14 of Section II of Annex №1 to Article 25 in conjunction with Article 28(2)(2) and §1(13), (14) and (15)(b) of the Additional Provisions to the ZZKI.
