Description

Suu Maksim Gorki is located in a central urban area. The building consists of four hulls. In its southern part, the physical salon with changing rooms, sanitary and other facilities are in poor condition.
The outer walls and roof are thermally insulated. The cover is in good condition. The enclosure is a PVC with a glass-packet.
There are traces of old leaks from the roof and subcutaneous plaster on the walls and ceiling inside the physical salon. The changing rooms for boys and girls and their sanitary rooms are partially devastated, and the sanitary tapware is sucrose. Internal doors are heavily depreciated and changeable. The heating system is in poor condition. The luminaires and the installation are in poor operational condition.
