Description

The Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Thüringen mbH (LEG) is the developer of the city of Gotha for the infrastructure measure supported as GRW extension of the Gotha-Süd industrial and commercial area. The development area is located south of the city and covers an area of approximately 47.6 ha. The development will continue to cover the connection of the access road to the upstream Dr.-Troch-Straße. By means of this invitation to tender, the LEG wishes to establish a planning firm to carry out local building supervision.
