The object of the Contract is the purchase of furnishings at the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in Berlin (hereinafter referred to as "Things") to the extent and under the conditions fixed by the Contract, as well as the works and operations related to and arising from the said purchase (including the production and preparation, installation and transport of the Goods to the territory of the Buyer) until the delivery of the Goods at the place specified by the Buyer and the final acceptance of the Goods by the Buyer, as well as operations during the warranty period (hereinafter referred to as "Sales").
