Description

Kivimaan yläkoulun väistötilojen rakentaminen tilaelementeistä ja vuokraaminen tilaajan käyttöön tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti.
Karkea arvio volyymistä on 5 436 brm², erittely tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
Pystytystöiden aloitus viimeistään viikolla 22/2016. Vuokrauskohteen tulee olla valmis viimeistään 8.8.2016.
Tarjousaikaa rajoittavana tekijänä on Kivimaan yläkoulun tiloille asetettu käyttökielto 15.8.2016 alkaen (rakennus- ja ympäristölautakunta 23.2.2016 § 18).
Vuokra-ajan pituus on 36 kk alkaen tilojen valmistumisesta, jonka jälkeen sopimuskausi jatkuu toistaiseksi 6 kk irtisanomisajalla.
