Description

Services for the design and execution of works for the installation of solar panels in the thermal points Branuri Tei and 2 Fundeni, sector 2, Bucharest, by awarding a sectoral contract for the design and execution of works with a duration not exceeding 15 months. The categories of specialist works covered by this Tender Specifications are the following: works of thermal installations, automation installations, electrical installations, constructions (resistance and architecture). Location Thermal Point Tei Branches is located in Bucharest, Sector 2, str. Vidin, number nine. According to Annex 2.1, CF 233100, the area of the site is 444 sqm and the surface built on the ground is 357 sqm. The Thermal Point 2 Fundeni is located in Bucharest, Sector 2, str. Major Bacila, no. 13. According to Annex 2.2, CF 235.391, the area of the site is 418 sqm and the built area on the ground is 397 sqm. Development phases subject to contracting: a. Technical execution project and project for organizing the execution of works; b. Purchase of equipment, materials; c. Execution works, tests and commissioning; d. Technical assistance for the execution of works from the designer; e. Installation commissioning; f. Preparation of AS-BUILT documentation. The implementation of this project shall aim to produce at least the following effects: - Reduction of air pollution (reduction of SO2, NOx and dust emissions); - Reducing the level of CO2 emissions and the implications of the greenhouse gas emissions trading scheme; - Compliance with EU and national energy and environmental legislation. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 172(1) of Law No 99/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 172(2) of Law No 99/2016, as amended, the contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
