These interventions will consist of: - Increasing the degree of thermal protection of external walls above the minimum value by laying a layer of thermal insulation made of rigid mineral wool in the opaque area of the walls; - Increasing the degree of thermal protection of the upper floor above the minimum value, by laying a layer of thermal insulation made of rigid mineral wool; - Layout of an extruded polystyrene layer on the contour of carpentry gaps; - Replacement of existing joinery with PVC joinery with triple glazing and flaps to control water vapour discharge; - The balconies / loggias parapets are dismantled and rebuilt with steel structure clad with light cement tiles and mineral wool filling. There are PVC windows with triple glazing at the level of loggias/balconies; - Repair of degradations occurring in facade elements, balcony slabs and loggias; - Repair of anti-seismic joints; - Local interventions at the level of facade elements; - Restoration of roof elements, roof covering and rainwater management systems; - Upgrade the stairwell lighting installation by replacing existing lighting circuits and luminaires with energy-efficient and long-lasting ones. - At the level of each staircase will be mounted a kit of photovoltaic panels.
