Description

Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Kauf einer Herstellerunabhängigen Flottenmanagementsoftware für den gesamten LVR.
Die zu beschaffende Software soll die Technische Verwaltung, Überwachung und Auswertung der Druckerflotte (Flottenmanagement) ermöglichen. Dies sind u. a. Rezeptdrucker, Labeldrucker, Plotter, MFPs und Arbeitsplatzdrucker die bereits beim AG existieren und nicht ausgetauscht werden. Die Hersteller dieser Geräte sind z. B. Brother, HP, OCE, Kyocera, Konica-Minolta, Epson, Ricoh und Canon.
Außerdem soll die Software einen Zentraler vertraulicher Druck ermöglichen und in unsere Arbeitsprozesse integrierbar sein.
