Description

As part of the work to be carried out on its territory, for the development of its roads and outdoor spaces, the Roissy Pays de France agglomeration wishes to be assisted by a project manager. The services shall consist of three geographical lots divided as follows: - Lot 1: sector 1 – lot 2: sector 2 – lot 3: Sector 3 The expected tasks include the following: - execution of preliminary project studies (AVP), - execution of the project (PRO), - assistance with works contracts (ACT), - endorsement of execution plans (VISA), - execution studies (EXE), - direction of execution of the works contract (DET), - assistance to the contracting authority during acceptance operations (AOR), - site scheduling, steering and coordination (OPC). They also include additional tasks as detailed in the unit price schedules. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the tender specifications.
