Description

The following services will be awarded under this contract notice: Lot 4: Services in accordance with the HOAI Part 4 Section 2, Section 53 et seq. – Technical planning of technical equipment Electrical Installation Groups 4 and 5. Eligible costs cannot be reliably reported at this stage. The values given are fictitious costs used to consult comparable tenders in the context of this procedure. The services provided will be invoiced on the basis of the calculated costs of LPH 3. The construction of a new heating unit is gradually commissioned, starting with stage 1 = LPH 1 to 2, then stage 2 = LPH 3 to 4, then stage 3 = LPH 5 to 7 and stage 4 = LPH 8 to 9. The renovation of the Maintalhalle is also gradually commissioned, first stage 1 = LPH 1 to 2, then stage 2 = LPH 3 to 4, then level 3 = LPH 5 to 7 and stage 4 = LPH 8 to 9. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to commission special services. In parallel to this contract, the following services will be awarded in separate invitations to tender (not included in this notice): Lot 1 (object design) – Lot 2 (works) – Lot 3 (Technical equipment HLS)
