Description

Göteborgs Stad, (Staden) förvaltningen Intraservice tillhanda håller växelfunktion till förvaltningar och vissa bolag i Göteborgs Stad. Staden ska kunna ta emot medborgares, besökares och företagares samtal via en driftsäker tjänst. Då det befintliga avtalet avseende stadens Växel, löper ut under Q3 -26 behöver detta nu upphandlas. Samtidigt pågår arbetet med en långsiktig anskaffning avseende Stadens telefoni som helhetslösning.
