Description

Traffic safety and tree care services, divided into 6 lots. For details on the specific type of service, see per lot. -- The individual properties are regularly visited twice a year as part of traffic safety (August/September and February/March). These inspections are promptly followed by the commissioning of the measures to be carried out, which generally have to be completed in the period from 1 October to 28 February. -- The bills of quantities are put out to tender as a scenario in which the items are to be indicated with a unit price. The expected regularly recurring measures/priorities in number of units for the period of 4 years can be found in the enclosed model specifications (scenario) or in a rough summary in the following information on the lots. -- On a case-by-case basis, even small quantities can be retrieved by the individual area managers, e.g. after unpredictable storm events. In the event of danger in default, it must be ensured that the danger point is eliminated within a maximum of 48 hours. All services are carried out according to ZTV tree care. -- The trees to be processed according to plan (measure trees) are marked in advance, multi-stem trees with branching below chest height are recorded in stems, and noted in a standardized retrieval document. Thus, a trouble-free order processing in the current main use on the properties can be made possible, but not guaranteed. -- economically unusable wood must be disposed of. Economically usable wood (at least 3 m long and 7 cm braid diameter) must be stored laterally at the felling/cutting site. Open land, development and floodplains must remain free and must be cleared if necessary. -- Any waste at the service locations must be collected and disposed of. The trees/areas to be processed are located on various properties of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, here also on military properties, as well as on areas of the Waterways and Shipping Authority Mittellandkanal / Elbe-Seitenkanal and NABU Foundation National Natural Heritage. -- The main use takes precedence and will influence the process of the required work. Civilly used properties can be entered independently by prior arrangement. -- The trees to be worked on are also located on buildings or streets / sidewalks, these also in the publicly accessible room. The Contractor is fully responsible for securing the respective job. -- Access to the individual service locations is partly restricted (e.g. military use) or can be reached via operational routes of the local Feldmark interest. For this reason, entry is only possible after consultation and registration in company. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
