Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of hardware and computer software for the Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa 2. CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary codes: 30236000-2, 30213100-6, 32425000-8, 48310000-4, 30231300-0, 30237410-6. 3. The order has been divided into parts/tasks. Task 1: Laptop with operating system and computer mouse - 2 pieces. Task 2: Office software – 2 pieces. Task 3: Monitor – 1 item. 4. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may submit a tender for the selected task(s). 5. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. 6. The material, quantitative scope and requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Technical specifications, and the requirements set out therein are to be regarded as setting the required minimum level of requirements. The required functionality of the offered device cannot be achieved by using adapters of various types, splitters, etc., unless the Ordering Party has allowed such a solution. 7. The subject of the order must be brand new, full-fledged, free from defects and damage, without prior use. 8. In the scope of task number 1, 2: The license for the supplied software/operating system must allow use indefinitely (for life), without access to the Internet. 9. As regards Task 2: The Contractor is obliged to provide a license for office software through the official portal of the manufacturer of the offered software. 10. Required warranty period: for task number 1, 3 – 24 months. 11. The scope of the subject of the contract includes delivery of the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party (Częstochowa area). 12. Other contract performance conditions in accordance with the draft contract – Annex 4 to the SWZ. 13. This contract under Tasks 1, 2 and 3 is financed under the Multi-scale investigation of chemical looping combustion of biomass pellets towards negative CO2 emission project No WPC3/2022/44/MSLimitCo2/2024 by the National Centre for Research and Development under the III Polish-Chinese/Chinese-Polish Joint Research Programme. 14.
