1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, located in the municipality of Nowa Dęba (this should be understood as the territory of the City and municipality of Nowa Dęba). Detailed description of the subject of the contract: 2. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: 1) collection of mixed municipal waste with code 20 03 01, 2) collection of the following fractions of separately collected municipal waste: - paper, paperboard, paper and paperboard packaging code 20 01 01, 15 01 01, - glass, glass packaging, code 20 01 02, 15 01 07, - metals, metal packaging, code 20 01 40, 15 01 04, - plastics, plastic packaging code 20 01 39, 15 01 02, - multi-material packaging code 15 01 05, - biodegradable waste code 20 02 01 (green waste), biodegradable kitchen waste: code 20 01 08. 3) collection of waste from the liquidation of "wild dumps" upon written notification by the Ordering Party within three working days of notification. PLEASE NOTE - the cost of waste collection should be included in the Contractor's remuneration. The contracting authority shall provide an estimate of the amount of waste collected during the decommissioning of ‘wild dumps’. In the notification, the Contracting Authority will specify the place of waste collection. The amount of waste collected from the decommissioning of ‘wild dumps’ in the municipality of Nowa Dęba is on average 30m3 per year. 4) transport of collected waste to the Regional Waste Treatment Plant indicated in the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, indicated in the current resolution of the Podkarpackie Regional Assembly on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, i.e. Department of Mechanical and Biological Processing of Municipal Waste, ul. Central Industrial District, 37-450 Stalowa Wola. 5) It is permissible to transfer separately collected municipal waste collected from property owners to a Regional Waste Treatment Facility, a waste recovery and disposal facility other than the one indicated, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. A change in the designated place of management of separately collected waste does not constitute an amendment to the contract if the contractor has obtained the written consent of the Municipality to change this place.
