Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Managed Services along with the development of the Electronic Application System. The order includes the maintenance of applications, hosting services, ensuring security, data migration, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BC) and monitoring in accordance with the conditions described in the Description of the Subject of the Order, by performing, in particular, the following services: 1) maintenance of the system; 2) the development of the system; 3) Technical assistance. 2. Detailed information on the description, scope and conditions of performance of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ)’, which is Annex 2 to the FTZ, and in the ‘Draft provisions of the contract to be incorporated into the content of the concluded contract (PPU)’, which is Annex 3 to the FTZ.
