Description

The municipality of Veitshöchheim is responsible for school expenses and the owner of the Eichendorff elementary/middle school and is planning the expansion to include a hoarding building for midday care and the provision of full-day care on the school campus. The new building is a partially basemented 4-storey building (level -3 to level 0). The lowest level, built in reinforced concrete, slides into the slope due to the terrain situation with the technical areas and does not represent a full floor. The lower level houses the cafeteria with kitchen, as well as storage and technical rooms. Access is stepless via the forecourt. The three above-ground floors, which are built in wood construction, contain all necessary rooms such as differentiation / movement rooms, group rooms of the whole day / the lunch service, but also all necessary staff rooms and sanitary facilities.
