Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe der Apothekenleistungen ist die Versorgung aller stationären Bereiche und Ambulanzen der 6K-Kliniken in Brunsbüttel, Heide und Itzehoe mit Arzneimitteln, apothekenpflichtigen Medizinprodukten und apothekenüblichen Waren sowie die Übernahme aller damit in Zusammenhang stehenden Dienst- und Beratungsleistungen auf Grundlage einschlägiger Gesetze (vor allem § 14 Abs. 5 ApoG), Verordnungen, berufsrechtlichen Vorschriften und behördlichen Erlassen. Die Vergabe beinhaltet den Abschluss eines Versorgungsauftrags gemäß Apotheken-Gesetz (ApoG). Aktuell werden die stationären Liefer- und Dienstleistungen durch eine externe Versorgungsapotheke erbracht. Die stationäre Arzneimittelversorgung soll auch zukünftig an eine externe Versorgungsapotheke vergeben werden.
