Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie kompleksowego doradztwa (prawnego, ekonomiczno-finansowego oraz technicznego) dla strony publicznej w celu przygotowania projektu do realizacji w formule partnerstwa publiczno-prywatnego w odniesieniu do: projektu pn. Budowa Centrum Kreatywności i Nowych Technologii jako jedno z działań rewitalizacyjnych na terenie Starego Rynku w Łodzi, którego promotorem jest Urząd Miasta Łodzi – część I zamówienia oraz
projektu pn. Adaptacja zabytkowych budynków pokopalnianych na potrzeby Muzeum Śląskiego w Katowicach, którego promotorem jest Muzeum Śląskie w Katowicach – część II zamówienia.
