Description

Die beteiligten Krankenkassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § § 130c SGB V zur Wirkstoffkombination Emtricitabin/Tenofoviralafenamid/Rilpivirin (Odefsey(R)) zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Originale-Verfahrens der Krankenkassen:
Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die Krankenkassen sichern einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.03.2023. Der Vertrag endet spätestens am 28.02.2025, unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Bei Patentablauf vor dem 28.02.2025 endet der Vertrag automatisch mit Ablauf des Monats des Patentablaufs. Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
