Description

The structural works to be carried out in the interest of the renovation and restructuring project of the CHNPP's "De Park" site in Ettelbruck consist of: - Partial demolition of a building (approximately 1,800 m3 built) - Construction of a new extension of the same building of 350 m2 instead of the demolished part. Concrete construction (slabbing, technical corridor) and wood (front walls, frame). Approximate volume of concrete used: 275 m3. Approximate area of CLT implemented: 260 m2. Approximate volume of glued laminated wood used: 25 m3 - The conversion of two existing buildings: Point demolitions of walls and slabs, partial reconstruction, reinforcements, construction of an elevator shaft. - Sanitation and asbestos removal necessary for both buildings - Technical part: Provisional works and underground networks The contract also includes "closed and covered" works for the newly built annex: - Windows, exterior doors, sunscreens - Ventilated wooden facade: 200 m2 - Roofing works: 340 m2
