“Daily preparation and delivery of food for the patients of Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven Hospital” AD upon prior request from the Employer’s menus and diets”, detailed in Annex 1 - Technical Specifications. This procurement includes the following groups of diets: 1. FIRST GROUP OF DIETS detailed in Specification No 1 – Diets Nos 1, 4, 1A, 5, 7, 10, 9, 11, Protein, 1/9 and 15; 2. SECOND GROUP OF DIETS detailed in Specification No 2 – Diets No 1-3, 3-7, 4A, 4E, 5A, 6, 6-12 months, White, Liquid-milk, Liquid-milk -9, Enterocolitic (baby); 3. THIRD GROUP OF DIETS detailed in Specification No 3- Diet Haemodialysis; 4. FOURTH GROUP OF DIETS, detailed in Specification No 4 – Anti-ketogenic diet and APPLICATION OF KISSELO MILK The specific diet menus are set out in Annex No 3 – ‘Diets’, an integral part of the documentation. Approximate volume and value of the order - for 12 /twelve/ months: 1. Total number of meals per patient – 97 410 per calendar year, of which: 1.1. FOR FIRST GROUP OF DIETS – 76 261 edibles for 12 (twelve) months; 1.2. For the second group of diets, 10 212 edible meals for 12 months; 1.3. For the THIRD GROUP of DIETS, 10 909 edible meals for 12 months; 1.4. FOR THE FOURTH GROUP OF DIETS – 28 edibles for 12 (twelve) months. The number of meals determined by the respective diets is indicative and depends on the current needs of the Contracting Authority during the term of the public procurement contract. The execution of the contract includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the final hours for their delivery are: breakfast – 6.30 a.m.; Lunch - 11.30; Dinner – 5.30 p.m. The Employer’s menus set out in Annex 3 ‘Diets’ with the corresponding Specifications are mandatory for the participants, who should formulate their proposed price under them.
