Die Stadt Winsen (Luhe) plant den Neubau eines PKW-Parkhauses sowie eines Fahrrad-Parkhauses nördlich dem Bahnhof Winsen. Das PKW-Parkhaus soll auf vier Ebenen circa 550 Stellplätze, das Fahrrad-Parkhaus soll mindestens 300 neue Stellplätze aufweisen. Die Generalplanung erfolgt durch das Büro AMP Parking Europe GmbH.
