Riigihanke eesmärk on raamlepingu sõlmimine ühe reisiteenuse pakkujaga, et tagada kvaliteetne reisiteenuste osutamine ja vahendamine Eesti Olümpiakomitee poolt suurvõistlustele lähetatavatele Eesti koondise liikmetele ning hankija töötajatele ja juhtorganite liikmete raamlepingu allkirjastamisele järgneva 48 kuu jooksul või kuni eeldatava maksumuse täitumiseni, kui viimane saabub varem.
