The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Receipt, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of Wyrzysk Municipality for a period of 24 months - (years 2026-2027 optionally 2028)". The material scope of the contract includes: 1) collection of municipal waste: a) directly from owners of properties remaining in the municipal waste collection system of the Municipality of Wyrzysk, cyclically in the "at source" system, b) from owners of residential properties located in the Municipality of Wyrzysk, in the Mobile Waste Collection System (hereinafter referred to as "MZO"), c) from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in the Municipality of Wyrzysk (hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK"), d) from specialist waste collection containers located in publicly accessible places located in the Municipality of Wyrzysk; 2) transport of collected municipal waste referred to in point 1 (hereinafter referred to as "municipal waste") to the place of waste management1 provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer, including through the place or places of waste collection provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer; 3) management of collected municipal waste; 4) providing property owners with containers intended for the collection of municipal waste and ensuring their proper technical and sanitary condition, to the extent that the waste deposit system provides for the collection of waste in containers; 5) providing property owners with bags intended for separate collection and collection of waste, to the extent that the waste deposit system provides for the collection of waste in bags; 6) equipping PSZOK with containers and containers for municipal waste and equipping places accessible to the public with specialized containers, 7) providing services and obligations related to those indicated in points 1) to 6).
