Description

SUPPLY, FOOD” – by concluding a framework supply agreement with a maximum of 3 economic operators. The framework agreement shall cease to have effect after the expiry of the 18-month period or after the purchase of the maximum quantities with the economic operators ranked first for each individual LOT, respectively with the economic operators ranked second for each individual lot, respectively with the economic operators ranked third for each individual lot, in case the winner of the lot is in one of the situations provided for in Article 15.2 of the framework agreement on the termination of the framework agreement/contract, as well as the signing of several subsequent contracts according to the needs of the contracting authority and the identification of the financial funds.
