The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The services are paid for by unit prices. The maximum amounts shall include all renewal periods. At the end of the e-learning training, staff members will be able to master the transfusion process in accordance with the regulations in force and the following modules: -identitovigilance -haemovigilance -the different blood products -the prescription -the immuno-haematological assessment -the traceability -the performance of the transfusion act -the ultimate test, its interpretation, its validation -per and port transfusion surveillance. -adverse events
