Description

The tender includes the purchase of a brand new TV car. The TV car must be used by the Client in connection with work in the field of television inspection. The Tenderer must provide training on the functions of the vehicle to the Customer's employee(s). In addition, the Ordering Party requests options on two service agreements for the TV car and the equipment, respectively, valid for 8 years. It is important for the customer to ensure that the TV car is delivered as soon as possible. In addition, the Ordering Party attaches importance to an ergonomic and appropriate construction of the TV car. Details of this can be found in section 7 of the tender specifications concerning the evaluation of the TV-car, as well as in Annex 2, specification.In connection with the evaluation, the tenderer must make a TV-car available for user testing. Detailed description follows from section 7.3 of the tender specifications on user testing. The tendered contract includes two options on the service agreement of TV-car and service agreement of equipment for a period of 8 years from the date of entry into force. In its tender, the tenderer must send descriptions of service agreements. The contracting entity has described in Annex 2 section 2 requirements for service agreements, including distance requirements. The contracting entity's expected value of the contract (TV car including options) is calculated at DKK 3,624,000.The contract will be awarded to one tenderer. The contract shall be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio award criterion. It is at all times the tenderer's responsibility to consult the complete tender documentation and to ensure that tenders are prepared on the basis of the fully applicable tender documentation.
