The purpose of this public contract is to supply food products – milk, dairy products and eggs – for the needs of the Municipality of Smyadovo and its entities, namely: "Margaritka" Kindergarten in Smyadovo, "Happy Childhood" Kindergarten in the village of Rish, "Radost" Kindergarten in the village of Yankovo, Home Social Patronage, Public Dining Room, House for Adults with Mental Disorders in Cherni Vrah, Protected Home for People with Mental Disorders in Yankovo, Protected Home for People with Mental Disorders №1, №2 and №3 in Smyadovo, Family-type Accommodation Center for Adults with Mental Disabilities in Vesselinovo, Municipal Enterprise "Cleanness, Landscaping, Public Works and Security" in Smyadovo, Day Care Center for Adults with Disabilities in Smyadovo, Day Care Center for Old People in Smyadovo, Community Support Centre in Smyadovo, Family-type accommodation centre for adults with mental disorders in Smyadovo, Family-type accommodation centre for adults with dementia 1 and 2 in Smyadovo, for a period of up to one year from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the financial resources under the contract are exhausted, whichever is the earlier. The order provides for the delivery of the following types of food products: cow’s milk and yogurt of different fat content, milk powder, cow’s milk cheese – white brine, cow’s milk cheese, cow’s butter of at least 82% fat content, chicken eggs of different sizes, cottage cheese – full-fat, confectionery cream, sour cream, cream cheese, strained yogurt, cooking cream, ayran, mascarpone. The subject of the order also provides for the delivery of BIO cow's milk with 3.6% fat, as well as BIO cow's yogurt with 2% fat. BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS should have been produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products. The type and quantity of food products are set out in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the documentation annexed to the contract. The quantities indicated in the technical specification are estimated. The contracting authority will request the delivery of food products in accordance with the needs of the respective municipal structures. The forecast quantity indicated is indicative and the deliveries will be made according to the specific needs of the aforementioned units in the municipality of Smyadovo. The contracting authority reserves the right not to declare the whole specified quantity of goods by type and/or number, without any adverse consequences for it.
