France-Chamalières: Cleaning services
The service provider must provide the industrial cleaning and additional services described below under a service contract.
The contract consists of a fixed tranche and a conditional tranche.
The fixed part comprises:
1 flat-rate component: cleaning services and miscellaneous ancillary services to the Banque de France’s banknote manufacturing department covering approximately 80 000 m² of premises (of which: administrative, industrial and sanitary) including in particular:
— cleaning:
Clean work surfaces and furnished objects, floors, telephones, seats, doors, switches, door handles, partitions, walls, baskets, toppers, toilets.
emptying basins,
— dusting of computer equipment,
— replenishment of sanitary consumables supplied by the bank.
The following miscellaneous services:
— waste handling and collection (Chamalières),
— running tray management (Chamalières),
— snow removal (2 sites),
— glazing (2 sites),
— vehicle cleaning (2 sites),
— small removals of furniture (2 sites);
(b) 1 part with order forms estimated from EUR 15 000 to EUR 30 000/year.
4 conditional instalments (from EUR 2 000 to EUR 40 000 excl. tax/year) concern:
— conditional tranche S1: cleaning of the C2 pavilion (currently unoccupied),
— conditional tranche S2: cleaning of F2 pavilion (currently innocent),
— conditional tranche S3: transport and collection of Chamalières’ working clothes,
— conditional tranche S4: supply of sanitary products and hand towels.
