1/ une analyse documentaire des pièces des marchés conclus pour réaliser la ligne de tramway complétée par une assistance technique à la maîtrise d'ouvrage pour valider, suivre et contrôler les plans d'assurance qualité fournis par les entreprises et des procédures d'exécution associées;
