As part of the optimization of its human resources management, Digital Africa wishes to acquire an international Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software in order to strengthen the support of its employees domiciled abroad and in particular on the African continent. The company needs an HRIS management/software tool accessible online, allowing it to remotely manage all stages of the career path of its employees domiciled abroad (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, salaries, bonuses, offboarding...) according to their geographical location and local tax and social law. Objective The objective of this contract is to select a service provider capable of providing HRIS software in SaaS that meets the specific HR management needs of Digital Africa, while respecting the international standards of the countries concerned. Description of the need The HRIS software must include the following functionalities: Recruitment management Drafting of contracts according to the social law in force (possibility to choose from a large list of international and particularly African countries) Payroll and benefits management (in accordance with the law of the country where the employee is domiciled) Leave and absence management Optional: Candidate database and sourcing as required Career and skills management Performance monitoring HR reporting and analysis The software must be: Accessible online (cloud-based) Multilingual Compliant with African and international regulations on social law and personal data protection Ability to extract and integrate the company's HR data from another HRIS software Compatible with the company's HR software Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
