Description

The object of the procurement is the "turnkey" execution of the work under the objective MODERNIZATION AND INTEGRATION IN THE STATES OF TRANSFORMATION IN DELGAZ GRID MANAGEMENT – STAGE 4. This procurement is a resumption of lot 2 of contract notice CN1076175, which was cancelled because no tender was submitted. The object of the procurement - MODERNIZATION AND INTEGRATION IN THE SCADA OF TRANSFORMATION STATES IN DELGAZ GRID MANAGEMENT - STAGE 4 Neamt county (Transformation Station 110/6 kV Roman IMR, Transformation Station 110/20 kV PAL Neamt, Transformation Station 110/20 kV Piatra Neamt Station, Transformation Station 110/20 KV Roman West), respectively the technical documentation phase DTAC+PTH+DDE, supply of products and execution works, preparation of As Built documentation, according to project no. 22/2023-phase SF, consisted of: Design activities - elaboration of the necessary documentation and studies in order to obtain the permits, agreements, authorizations, Building Authorization and support for obtaining it; - drawing up the technical documentation (technical project – PTH, DDE – detailed execution documentation including other expertise necessary for the development of the technical project – having as an example, but not limited to, the technical-economic scenarios set out in the SF phase design documentation); - technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works. Execution of works: - purchase of all materials and equipment necessary to carry out the work; - execution of works, with the integration of the necessary materials and equipment; - testing and PIF (putting into service); - training of the operating personnel of the Ent.ctr.; - drawing up As Built documentation (technical documentation drawn up in accordance with the actual situation on the ground at the end of the works); - drawing up the necessary documents to complete the technical book of the investment. Note: *)The costs related to the training (schooling) of Delgaz Grid SA staff are included in the cost of equipment. **)Contrary to the fees for obtaining the Notices/Agreements, it is not included in the estimated value of the purchase and will not be included in the financial offer. They will be settled separately by the contractor on the basis of payment documents issued in the name of the beneficiary. No. of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The entity will respond to requests for clarification/additional information, in accordance with Article 172(2) of Law 99/2016. Ent.ctr.'s reply to these requests will be sent on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders cf. Article 173 of Law 99/2016. Ent. Contr. has no obligation to respond to requests for clarifications received after the specified deadline. All answers to the requested clarifications will be available to any interested Op.ec. by accessing the "LIST OF CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS" section of the Contract Notice associated to this procedure through SEAP, using the interface: http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub. If appropriate, Ent.Ctr may modify the content of the Assignment Documentation by issuing an Amendment to the Assignment Documentation. Changes may be issued at any time before the deadline for receipt of Offers, but Ent. Ctr. will allow, if necessary, sufficient time for the interested Op.ec. to prepare the Offers, by extending the deadline for receipt of the Offers.
