United Kingdom-Birmingham: Building construction work
Birmingham City Council invites organisations to make an application to be considered for a contract for the development of the Primrose Estate site which will include new housing, infrastructure and improved public open space.
The contract is required to appoint a housing developer to undertake detailed design, secure detailed planning approvals and build out the site with approx. 313 new properties in line with the outline master plan. Design quality will form a key component of the ITT evaluation and a detailed specification and details of the BMHT standard house types will form part of the tender pack to be issued to short listed tenderers.
The new homes will be completed over a 6 year period commencing April 2015.
BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this contract and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download details. The web address is https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc/aspx/Home
