Description

In order to relieve the real estate managers of real estate managers, which are very heavily involved, it is planned to entrust the execution of various tasks to property management agents (MaIMB). To this end, armasuisse real estate is looking for companies with knowledge in the construction sector that are able to provide real estate armasuisse with professional support for strategic building processes. The main purpose of the contracting authority is the assessment of the condition of buildings, the establishment, on that basis, of multiannual restoration/remediation planning, as well as the preparation of object documents and the entry of basic data. The objects of the portfolio to be managed (building and civil engineering) can be found in the cantons of BE France, Jura and Neuchâtel.
The term of office, which is expected to last for 5 years, is divided into 3 work packages: package 1: representative for building management for the buildings in the portfolio of the cantons of BE France, Jura and Neuchâtel (5 * 320 hours = 1 '600 hours) package 2: agent for real estate management for civil engineering in the cantons of BE France, Jura and Neuchâtel (5 * 520 hours = 2 600 hours) package 3: interdisciplinary coordination – overall coordination of building/civil engineering representatives (5 * 50 hours = 250 hours) Packages 1 and 2 are structured as follows in 8 modules: module 1: systematic status recording; module 2: detailed status assessment (inspections) Module 3: formulation of the need for Module 4 management: planning of measures Module 5: basic data/net layout of Module 6 plans: short-term problem-solving module 7: support when taking back Module 8 objects: unplanned measures. The detailed activities for the different modules are indicated in the tender documentation.
