1.The subject of the contract are technical assistance services relating to three contracts for the execution of construction works - hereinafter: Works Contracts, for the material scope of the Project "Improving the drinking water supply system of the city of Toruń" – hereinafter: The project consisting in the supervision, administration and coordination, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of Contract W-2/R ‘Modernisation of the Drwęca-Jedwabno water intake’, Contract W-3/R ‘Modernisation of the Drwęca-Jedwabno SUW’ and Contract W-9/R ‘Construction of a photovoltaic farm in the Drwęca-Jedwabno SUW’, hereinafter also: Services of an Engineer. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms and Conditions of the Order (also called "SWZ").
