Equipment and materials intended to reduce the risk of nosocomial infections according to the specifications. Pursuant to Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Order No 107/2017, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation 20 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, and pursuant to Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Order No 107/2017, the contracting authority’s reply will be sent 10 days (on the 11th day) before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
