Description

The hospital cuttings in each region may make purchases under the framework contracts concluded for the medicinal products (tender numbers) offered to supply the region concerned. Framework contracts are concluded without an obligation to purchase, and hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros framework contracts.
In order to supply the regions, Amgros has, by means of the contract notice referred to in point IV.3.2), put out to tender framework contracts for the purchase of medicinal products. The medicinal products are offered under a number of tender numbers which are regarded as independent lots.
