Description

Pursuant to Article 40 in conjunction with Article 33 of the Public Procurement Act (Uradni list RS (UL RS; Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia) Nos 91/15, 14/18, 121/21, 10/22, 74/22 – Const. US, 100/22 – ZNUZSZS, 28/23 and 88/23 – ZOPNN-F, hereinafter: ZJN-3) and on the basis of Articles 3 and 5 of the Ordinance on the Establishment of the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 25/10 and 1/11) performs the public contract "Protocol and official transport services 2025-2028" in its own name and on its own behalf and on the basis of the authorisations of other individual contracting authorities. The subject of the public contract is the provision of protocol and official transport services by passenger cars and vans for a period of 36 months. The contract is divided into two lots, namely: – Lot A: Protocol transport services by passenger cars and vans – Lot B: Business transport with passenger cars and vans.
