V 00896 – Electronicisation of PNMO health services
The subject of the public contract is the supply and implementation of a new hospital information system (NIS) or the upgrade of an existing NIS to a new version, the detailed specification of which, including the required functionalities, is contained in the annex to Tender Document No 4 – Technical specification. The implementation of the subject of performance shall be carried out in accordance with all generally binding regulations and laws affecting the performance of the public contract, in particular Act No 325/2021 on the electronicisation of health care and in accordance with the established requirements of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, Act No 372/2011 on health services and the conditions for their provision, as amended, Act No 48/1997 on public health insurance, as amended, Act No 264/2025 on cybersecurity, as amended, as well as all related sub-statutory standards. The performance of the public contract also includes the provision of user training and training for the NIS administrators of the contracting authority, the provision and maintenance of related documentation and the provision of technical support to the system. The subject-matter of the contract will be performed on the basis of the concluded contract. The project is supported by the Integrated Regional Operational Programme, call No 78, registration number CZ.06.01.01/00/23_078/0006016, ‘Electronicisation of PNMO health services’.
