Hankinnan kohteeseen kuuluvat Volkswagen-merkkisten autojen huolto-, korjaus- ja katsastuspalvelut sekä edellä mainittujen palveluiden tuottamisen yhteydessä käytettävät tuotteet. Hankinnan kohteeseen kuuluvat myös Volkswagen-merkkisten autojen pesupalvelut, nouto- ja palautuspalvelut, renkaiden kausisäilytys sekä purkuosien irrotus- ja säilytyspalvelut sekä edellä mainittujen palveluiden tuottamisen yhteydessä käytettävät tuotteet.
Hankinnan kohteeseen eivät kuulu edellä mainitut palvelut ja tuotteet kokonaismassaltaan yli kuuden (6) tonnin kuorma-autoille, eivätkä kokonaismassaltaan yli viiden (5) tonnin linja-autoille.
