Description

Systems and technical consultancy services. To assist the Council in the delivery of its services that are primarily carried out by the Council's Technical Services section as and when required:
— civils & infrastructure,
— highway network management,
— urban design and landscape,
— road safety,
— traffic engineering & modelling,
— environmental policy,
— flood risk management,
— architectural services,
— quantity surveying,
— building surveying,
— mechanical engineering,
— electrical engineering,
— building structures.
The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year. The annual value of the contract will be approx 2 000 000 GBP.
The tender process is being carried out by Stockton on Tees Borough Council on behalf of Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Middlesborough Borough Council will have the opportunity to use this contract. The purpose is to have one tender for a Professional Technical Services Partnership. Each authority will use the contract as a framework to act individually making direct arrangements with the contractor.
