Description

Für die Beschaffung von SW-Lizenzen existieren aktuell verschiedene Prozesse und Vorgehensweisen im DB Konzern, welche sich in Zuständigkeiten, Eingangspunkten und Abläufen unterscheiden. Diese sollen im Rahmen einer Common Service Strategie konsolidiert werden.
Der DB Marktplatz (DB MP), das Katalogsystem der Deutschen Bahn, realisiert durch SAP Ariba, ist als zentrales Beschaffungsportal in der IT Strategie der Beschaffung verankert. Alle Warengruppen sollen zukünftig über den DB Marktplatz für alle Konzernmitarbeiter (außer DB Schenker und DB Arriva) zugänglich sein. Um Purchase-to-Pay Prozesse möglichst automatisiert durchführen zu können, interagieren der Auftragnehmer und DB über das SAP Ariba Netzwerk.
Für den Erwerb und die Miete von SW-Lizenzen, deren Wartung sowie SaaS-Lösungen wird der Auftragnehmer als ein Reseller von Software eingesetzt. Für Beschaffungen bis zu einer vom Auftraggeber definierbaren Wertgrenze wird dessen Katalog an den DB MP angebunden bzw. in diesen integriert.
Ebenso wird der Auftraggeber über diese Wertgrenze hinaus Individualanfragen beim SW- Reseller adressieren.
Die vom Auftragnehmer zu erbringenden Lieferungen und Leistungen sind in den Vergabeunterlagen beschrieben.
