Procurement of consultancy support linked to the GAINS model (EU, Air Convention, National work)
Since 2013, Sweden has been one of the two Presidencies of the United Nations Civil Care Convention Working Group on Integrated Assessment Modelling (TFIAM). The work on decision support modelling uses GAINS (Greenhouse Gas and Air Pollution Interactions and Synergies). Gains is a composite model used in international air pollution control work to develop negotiating evidence in the form of burden sharing among countries, emissions, costs and impacts.
