In front of you is the European public tender of Transport Region Amsterdam for the conclusion of a framework agreement with five contractors for advice and research on infrastructure projects and mobility. For more information, see the procurement guide and its annexes. All economic operators who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and/or by relying on third parties and/or subcontractors. The size of the contract is estimated at an average of approximately € 3,000,000 (excluding VAT) per year. This estimate is based on historical expenditure, forward-looking forecasts and contract demarcation. For a term of 6 years, the estimated contract value is € 18.000.000,- Over the total term of the framework agreement, the contract value is capped at 200% of the said expected size, i.e. € 36.000.000,- excluding VAT over the maximum term.
