Einfassungen); Befestigte Flächen: 700 m2 Betonpflaster, 50 m2 Asphalt, 150 m2 Fallschutzfläche, Einfassungen (Ein- und Mehrzeiler Beton- und Naturstein, Rinnenplatten, TB/RB/HB); Techn.Anl.: Entwässerungsrinnen vor Eingängen, Hofabläufe, Muldensteinrinnen, Anschluss an bauseitige Grundleitungen, Leitungsgräben ELT; Einbauten/Ausstattung: Spielgeräte (größtenteils Eigenbau!!), Anlehnbügel Fahrrad; Einfriedung: 80 m Metallzaun, 10 m Holzzaun (Eigenbau), inkl.
