The object of this public procurement is a supply within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject-matter of this contract covers the supply of foodstuffs and beverages, divided into 7 lots and comprising: Lot № 1: ‘Supply of bread, bakery products, frozen pasta, chocolate, sugar and confectionery’; Lot № 2: ‘Supply of eggs, milk and egg- and milk-based products’ Lot № 3: ‘Supply of meat, meat products, poultry, poultry products, fish and fishery products’ Lot № 4: ‘Supply of fresh, frozen and preserved fruit and vegetables’ Lot № 5 ‘Supply of packaged foods, spices, pulses, nuts’ Lot № 6 ‘Supply of coffee, hot drinks, water and non-alcoholic beverages’ Lot № 7 ‘Supply of food products and beverages for representative needs’ The food products supplied must be of proven origin, meet the statutory quality and safety requirements for use, comply with sanitary, animal health, hygiene and other norms established by the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria and the applicable normative acts of the bodies of the European Union and/or those issued by specialised state control bodies, in accordance with the normative requirements of the manufacturer’s technological documentation. Food products and beverages should be fit and safe to consume, delivered with the maximum residual shelf life specified in the specific supply contract.
