Description

The wellbeing services county of South Ostrobothnia requests an offer for the following service package: Voice and customer service solutions and related options. The procurement is divided into three areas: A) The main operator. Approximately 6,000 mobile phone subscriptions, mobile switching services, SIP trunk. As an option, for example, SaaS customer service solution. B) Another operator. About 500 mobile phone subscriptions, mobile switching services, SIP trunk. C) On-premise customer service solution, SIP-Trunk Provider may provide services in one or more areas. More detailed tender requirements Appendix 1 to the invitation to tender, in which the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided are stated. In order to obtain Annex 4 (List of Objects) to the Tender, the Tenderer must sign the Annex Contract of Confidentiality for the Tender Documents. This is done by sending an e-mail request to sopimuspalvelut@hyvaep.fi, together with the name of the tender, company details (name, address, business ID) and signatory details (name, e-mail, mobile phone number). Attachment for contract services will be delivered electronically for signature, after which the Contracting Entity will deliver Appendix 4 to the Tenderer by secured email to the requested email address.
