Description

A Local Public Society (SPL) will be set up to support shareholder authorities in the implementation of their respective competences in the acquisition, operation, accommodation and operational maintenance of shared information, ticketing and monetetic systems, exclusively on their own behalf and in their territory, with a view to developing intermodality between transport networks and facilitating passenger experience.
Thus, for the award of this framework agreement, SMTC-AC acts on behalf of the future local public company (SPL), the perimeter of which remains to be defined to date, and whose registered office will be at 2a rue de l’Hermitz – 63063 Clermont-Ferrand.
The contract covers a common central system package, interfaces, terminal equipment and tickets.
